We hope you will be satisfied with our products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, or should you need to exchange an item, this can be done within 14 days, provided the goods have not been worn or washed and are in exactly the same condition that they were in at the time of delivery.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first by e-mail at email@example.com. Return shipments are at your own risk. We recommend you obtain proof of posting from your post office or parcel carrier when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to Cheeky Apple. Once we have received and verified the returned item(s) we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs (please see information below on how to recover return shipping costs where payment was made via Paypal). Please note that refunds will only be made to the original payer.
Where payment for your order was made via Paypal, you may have the opportunity of recovering the return shipping costs directly from Paypal. Please contact Paypal for more information. Please note that this is a special service offered by Paypal for which Cheeky Apple can offer no guarantees.
Refunds can in all cases be replaced by a credit slip on your account which you can use for your next order.

Where goods have NOT yet been shipped, you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of placing your order by notifying us of your wish to cancel the order. The order will simply be canceled and we will refund your payment for such order.
Where goods have already been shipped, your cancellation is subject to our withdrawal- and return policy, which is set out above.
